In Chapter 10, the author tried to explain the different methods for problem solving and decision making within the groups and there were a procedural model of problem-solving explained in a better way. It is considered as a general procedure which is modeled in a sequence which can be adapted to fit into the group of any problem-solving situation. There were different steps of problem-solving that were explained which included the description and analysis of the problem and helped to understand the nature of the problem that has been faced by the group.
